Bidding Terms and Conditions
- This bid is the process of submitting a proposal to buy a property. The bid submission will undergo review and approval before being forwarded to the authorized committee of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Ltd. ("Bank") or Krungsri Ayudhya AMC Ltd. ("Company") for further consideration.
- Photos show only parts of the property, distances are an estimation, and geographical coordinates can roughly identify the property location. Therefore, buyers have to examine the property information and conditions by themselves.
- I've examined the property conditions. It has area, size, and usage in line with my intention.
- If there is trespassing or eviction, I shall act and be responsible for all costs without making any claims against the bank or company.
- I acknowledge that this bid doesn't create a binding contract. The bank or company has the full right to decide whether to sell the property.
- I agree that the bank and/or company will collect, use, or disclose my personal information to one another for their consideration on bid prices for the bank and/or company's properties.
